Does Pixar's Brave have a new director?

Does Pixar's Brave, due in 2012, have a new director? According to Cartoon Brew and their "reliable sources," Brenda Chapman is no longer in the director's chair for Brave. Chapman, as the media often reported, was to be Pixar's first female director. Note: This is an unconfirmed report from Cartoon Brew, but worth keeping an eye on.

UPDATE: The New York Times has confirmed that Brenda Chapman is no longer directing Brave, but she is still working at Pixar. The new director is Mark Andrews, co-director of the Pixar short film One Man Band.
